PhotoAmateur1 posted a photo: 6/30/2010: I orchestrated a glamour photoshoot with a young blonde woman named Tara. This girl has a nice personality and looks gorgeous. She took my direction well and acted in a professional manner as my beautiful model and was a good looking subject. I captured her in many poses and portraits with my Canon camera. She wore several colorful tanktop shirts and two pairs of blue denim jean shorts that exposed her great, long legs and butt. She also sported a little black dress. Her face and particularly her steel blue eyes are captured in some of my shots on my photostream. I really liked the style of this university student.The location of this photosession was a historical downtown district in a small town. She posed in front of several old walls and some of the walls were painted unique colors that provide a different, creative look to some of my compositions. The girl also posed in a green tanktop and flipflops in front of a wall of ivy and vegetation. Elsewhere, she posed upon the concrete floor of an outdoor stage and on and around railroad tracks and an old, red train caboose. In some of my pictures, Tara is smiling, and she looks serious, though always sexy, in others. An old, rusty fire escape is utilized for some of the pictures, and a bench and picnic table are used in others.The weather was steamy hot, and the sun was shining during most of the stylish, outdoors shoot. I really enjoy the summer months, and this late June afternoon was really enjoyable as was this fashion shoot. Please let me know what you think by commenting on this photo and giving me your feedback. Do you like this picture? If so, why?????One thing I'd like to be is more creative in my portraits. I think this would be improved through different manipulations in the color of my compositions. For example, I could adjust the saturation and exposure and contrast settings through photoshop or Picnic, and I could do more work in black and white. Otherwise, I could develop more elaborate, stylish themes for my photo sessions. If you can think of an interesting, clever idea for a fun theme, please comment on this picture and tell me your thought because I would love to hear it. Sometimes, I feel worried that my amateur photo shoots are going to fall into a rut as I do roughly the same thing. I would like my photography to evolve into something special with fresh, new energy that people really like. On the other hand, I am still very much new and have pltny to learn. I'm not ashamed of this fact because I am not a professional photographer. I do this as a fun hobby that I would like to take to the next level. The real name of this special girl is not Anna, but I decided to change her name first for the sake of her privacy, and second to avoid any confusion with another of my subjects from my photostream who shares the same name.Like many of my other outdoor photosessions, I worked in the sunshine, and my brunette subject was professional and wore a variety of gorgeous outfits including a black dress, a cream colored dress, then a black, scoop neck, short sleeve, fitted t shirt and a white short sleeve, fitted top and denim blue skinny jeans. She wears red high heels and sporty brown heels on her feet and is barefoot for others due to our concern that her red heels would take too much attention from the flow of the series of pictures. This woman is relatively tall and has long brown hair. I think she has a pretty good sense of fashion and style. Interestingly, she informed me that she often changes her hair color from blonde to brunette and long and short.I took a series of pictures of her in each outfit. The settings are similar to other photo sessions. I had her pose for portraits on the old red train caboose and railroad tracks. I had her sit, kneel, stand and lay down for portraiture on the stage, the old raggedy fire escape, and in front of several sexy walls some of which are painted in unique colors and one is covered in ivy and vegetation. Etsy.com is a relatively new (founded in ’05)  e-commerce community where one can buy and sell all sorts of handmade items, from garments to home furnishings to original artwork. The World After Abundance: I may have finally found an article that provides an intuitive understanding of EROEI.For most of today’s environmentalists, renewable energy isn’t something that people produce for themselves – unless they happen to be wealthy enough to afford the rooftop photovoltaic systems that have become the latest status symbol in suburban neighborhoods on either coast. Instead, renewable energy is something that utilities and the government are supposed to produce as fast as possible, so that Americans can keep on using three times as much energy per capita as the average European and twenty times as much as the average Chinese.…Even among those who warn that today’s Great Recession could bottom out at a level equal to that reached in the Great Depression, very few have grappled with the consequences of a near-term future in which millions of Americans are living in shantytowns and struggling to find enough to eat every single day. To paraphrase Sinclair Lewis, that did happen here, and it happened at a time when the United States was a net exporter of everything you can think of, and the world’s largest producer and exporter of petroleum to boot. The same scale of economic collapse in a nation that exports very little besides unpayable IOUs and is the world’s largest consumer and importer of petroleum could all too easily have results much closer to those of the early 20th century in Central Europe…Any chance these handsome hovels come with built-in wifi? :(
